Моя первая персональная выставка живописи была в 1978 году. И. В. Савицкий хотел купить все мои работы. Но его отговорили «старые» художники из закупочной комиссии, которые тоже нуждались в покупке своих картин. Часть моих первых работ тогда Савицкий всё же приобрел.
My first personal exhibition of painting was held in 1978. Igor Vitalievich Savitsky wished to buy all my works. But the «old» artists from the procurement commission were against because they also needed procurements. Nevertheless, Savitskiy has bought a part of my first paintings.
